HELLO HOOMAN, I’M Doberman

Hi, I'm a Doberman, you may have seen in the movie "UP." The world has given me a reputation of being a sinister and a bad dog, but I'm here to defend my case. Ask my fans they'll tell you how loving and loyal of a companion I am. I'm a defender from the time of my origins; tax collector Louis Doberman created me to safeguard him and his collections from thieves. Long before the birth of competitions for dogs, I was there entertaining the masses with my agility on Doberman Drill Team.

MORE ABOUT ME

PERSONALITY AND TEMPERMANT

These brilliant animals need plenty of exercise, and only after spending time with them can one expect loyalty. A Doberman can and will outsmart a human at every opportunity it gets. They anticipate danger and are inherently cautious of strangers. They require training owing to their incredibly intelligent mind. When ignored, these dogs can become destructive, and they also bark continuously.

CHARACTERISTICS

Being a guard dog, Doberman has tendencies to protect what they consider their families. Their intelligence makes sure that they are rarely wrong, and only through training can you socialize a Doberman. It can show aggression towards a stranger in the house. Under all these conditions,  a Doberman will protect its family for its entire life.

ENERGY LEVEL

Doberman is used as a deterrence from thieves and other such activities. Naturally, they are very agile, and they require a lot of outdoor time to channel their energy into something productive. A dedicated trainer is necessary for the best grooming of a Doberman. They can bark excessively, so it's best to develop barking habits when they are small. It's a saying that dogs are as good as its owner, but this not the case with Dobermans; if the breed is healthy and nurtured in a good environment, the dog will remain stable and loyal

PHYSICAL

Being one of the most athletic dogs out there, Dobermans need regular exercise to remain healthy. Playing frisbee with the dog for about 30-60 minutes is a good way of keeping it healthy. Swimming and cycling are also preferable activities to do with your Doberman; these exercises will also help strengthen your bond with your pet.
